How can I schedule online if I am unable to find time that works for me?
Availability changes frequently. Please complete a contact form with "Appt Request" in the subject line. We work our hardest to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate your preferred day and times.
Is your office Accessible?
Yes. Our office is ADA compliant. Ramp and parking is on the East side, Elevator is on the West side. ADA restrooms are available on the 1st level. We are happy to adjust your treatment position accommodate your specific needs.
What do I wear to a session?
Acupuncture - comfortable clothing.
Aura Photos - preferrable solid colors, although not required. White is often best.
Healings - comfortable clothing. White is often best, although not required.
When is payment due?
At checkout after each service. Virtual Sessions are due prior to appointment.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Square supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Do you accept Insurance?
We are not affiliated with any insurance companies. Based upon your plan benefits, reimbursement may be available if you provide them a receipt for services.
Can I use My HSA/FSA card to pay for services?
Yes. I have had many acupuncture patients use their HSA/FSA card with no concerns. Request a receipt so you can share with card provider.
Do you offer discounted services?
We have special offerings available. For those needing therapy, we offer a reduced fee contract for a limited cost and number of sessions. We want to ensure that all patients have access to high quality acupuncture care.
Do you offer trades?
No. Fee for service is the best way for both parties to keep a clean slate.
Do you offer services in exchange for social media exposure?
No. I believe those who need my services will find them. A majority of my clients come from referrals.
When are Aura Photos available?
All year long, by appointment. No need to wait for the Bi-annual Metaphysical Fair.
